Ecrano

For wedding venues and event halls

Guests' photos on your venue's screen in 17 seconds

Guests scan a QR code, take a photo and see it on the big screen with their name, in front of the whole room. Nothing to install.

Scan and get on the screen

How it works

  1. A guest scans the QR code

On the table or on the screen. A web page opens, not an app.

  2. Takes a photo and adds a name

Or picks one from the camera roll, or a short clip. Name and table are typed once.

  3. It's on the screen

The photo is checked automatically and appears in about 17 seconds, with the guest's name and table.

What your venue needs

  • A screen you can plug a laptop into: a TV, an LED wall or a projector. On the laptop you open a link.
  • Internet at the venue. Guests use their mobile data or your Wi-Fi.
  • One of your team (or the DJ) with a phone: approves clips and starts the games. Photos go up by themselves.
  • QR codes for the tables, ready to print. We send them to you.

Guests actually send photos

With a shared QR album, guests forget to upload: they get nothing back in the moment. On the screen, the photo appears straight away, with the guest's name. A real wedding, October 2026:

Games that get them sending

Table Battle

Every photo scores points for the guest's table. The screen shows who's leading and the host announces the winner.

Photo of the Night

Ecrano shortlists three photos, the room applauds each in turn, and the loudest applause wins: it fills the screen with the photographer's name.

Greetings from afar

Family and friends who can't make it get a link and send a video greeting. You put it on screen at the right moment.

The venue stays in control

  • Approve, hide or put a photo on screen, from your phone.
  • One button pauses the photos for the first dance or the speeches.
  • Games never start by themselves: Ecrano suggests the moment, a person decides.
  • The host gets ready-made lines for every game.
  • Any guest can ask for their photo to be removed, at any time.

What your venue gets

  • Something couples won't find at other venues: one more reason to book you.
  • Include it in your wedding packages or sell it as an extra.
  • The screen you already have works all evening.
  • Guests go home with a gallery of every photo from the night.

Questions

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many events you host a month. Tell us roughly how many and we'll give you the price in our first reply, before any demo.

What if someone sends an inappropriate photo?

Before it reaches the screen, every photo is checked by AI for nudity, violence, rude gestures, offensive text and drugs, and so is the name the guest typed. Anything flagged, or that can't be checked, waits for your team's approval, as clips do. Any photo can be hidden with one tap.

Will it work with our screen?

Yes, if you can plug a laptop into it: a TV, an LED wall or a projector. You open a link on the laptop, full screen.

Do guests need an app or Wi-Fi?

They install nothing: they scan the code and a web page opens. It works on mobile data or your Wi-Fi.

What happens to the photos after the event?

They stay in a private gallery that opens only by link and isn't indexed by Google. The couple can download everything as one archive.

Which languages?

The guest page works in English, Romanian and Russian. Tell us your guests' languages and we'll tell you what's ready.
